CS queue for follow-ups, or Health view for which communities are actually alive this window. Stage is a lifetime milestone — it does not go backward.

How to read this table

Past stage window: Profile started 3d; Profile complete, First member, and First value 7d each. Activated is never past a stage window.
Active now: At least one meaningful interaction in the last 7 days — the same window as the dashboard Active Communities KPI.
Last activity colour: Amber from 7d; red from 21d. This is recency of one event, not volume.
CS follow-up overdue: Yellow from 7d without contact; red from 15d or never contacted. Cleared once Activated. Not the same as past stage window.
Health (live stages only): Healthy = Active now, latest MI not FP-only; Quiet = 7–20d; Inactive = 21d+ or none; FP-only = latest window MI was the Foundational Partner. Pre-live rows are not labelled. Activated is not healthy by itself.
Parked: CS marked won't revive. Hidden from the default CS and Health queues until unparked. Not a Health label — find them under Parked.
